Hi Everyone, what with people now getting to the point of picking up there hakama and keikogi, i have dug up this old vid i made about 4 years ago.

Great couple of classes this week also, really has been a good weekend training wise, what with the catch up call with sensei Tom Duffy this weekend also, things are all going the right way.. Anyways i hope you like the vid..
