Quiet one yesterday

It was a quiet session yesterday, for me it was not all bad, after training solo for so long it was very good to just have a solid 'ME' session.

Some people get their nails done, others may enjoy a quiet pint alone... But for me not much beats a solid two hours training session.

Good news also was to follow, Sensei Roy Bradford informed me that he has had word that Asano Sensei wishes to come to the UK for a seminar next year, and also we have had some more interest in the club...
