Hi everyone,
The end of February and the beginning of March.
Thanks to all those who attended the Seminar and thanks also to sensei's Duffy and Carroll who came from the states to teach, also a special thanks to Nicole who came all the way from Germany.
Congratulations also to all those who graded, well done a really good performance and your promotions were all very much deserved.
Today is the first Coffee and Cake event so if you can make it please don't hesitate, i am sure these will be a solid fixture of the clan's calendar going forward.
I would love to extend a very warm welcome to Ruth and Steve who have joined the clan over the last month also, i am sure you will love it and very much look forward to watching your continued improvement.
